When a User buys or sells a ticket(s) using our Website we will need to share the information collected with the primary venue in order to validate the authenticity of each ticket and re-assign the ticket to the new User. We will not collect any more information than is made clear to you on the Seller or Buyer form. Venue's may request additional information to facilitate the sale and purchase, and you will be made aware of this at the time.
When Buying or Selling on our Website, you will become a customer of both Neon and the primary venue and each party will collect the data you share. You have the right to update, see and delete your data from either party, but we cannot take responsibility for how these third parties store or use your data. If you do feel your data is being misued however, please let us know, so that we can investigate the matter.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Website or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
Where the User sells or purchases a ticket(s), we will share information with the venue or promoter as required, in order to validate the transfer and re-issue the ticket.

Deleting your account and Data
If you no longer wish to use your Neon account, you can delete your account and data by logging in to your account and selecting 'delete'. Alternatively please email us requesting deletion of your account.
